I am a full-service travel agent, which means I can book everything: airplane tickets, cruises, vacation packages, guided tours, independent travel, you name it.

I also provide vacation planning consultations, destination advice, travel insurance and more.

I do not charge any fees for the following: multi-day Disney theme park vacations, Hawaii vacations, single-destination air + hotel vacations, all-inclusive resort vacations, and cruises.

Due to their complexity and time involved in research, I charge a per-trip planning & itinerary design fee for multi-destination trips in Europe & the USA.  Air-only bookings will also incur a per-person service fee.

I specialize in family vacations - particularly in the United States (including Alaska & Hawaii), but also Europe, the Caribbean, Mexico and cruising.  I book lots of theme park vacations, particularly for multi-generational family groups.

I'm open to planning vacations anywhere in the world - and if I haven't been to a particular destination, chances are high that someone in my agency has!

Typically, when approached by a client about a vacation, I like to spend some time asking questions about vacation style, hopes/dreams for their trip, the others traveling with them, past travel plans, and so on. This can be done via email or via phone/Zoom.

After we've figured out the outline of a trip, I'll do some research and present the client with a few different options based on the aforementioned criteria.

I am!  Our agency is licensed through the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel. Additionally, I am insured and bonded; I hold accreditations with both the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) as well as the Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC).

Besides traveling, I love spending time with my family, watching British period dramas, knitting/crocheting, reading, classical music, drinking coffee, and researching destinations for my next trip.
