Client Responsibilities

Travel documents, including passports, visas, and health/vaccination certificates required are your responsibility. Valid passports are absolutely required for all international destinations and the expiration date should be at least six months following the return date of your trip. Some countries require that your passport have two to four blank visa/stamp pages. Some airlines will not allow you to board if this requirement is not met.


The name, date of birth, and gender that appears on your identification must exactly match the same information listed on your airline tickets and booking records. Additionally, a visa and/or vaccinations may be required. Please note that even when a visa is issued, a traveler may be denied entry since each country’s local immigration officials make the final entry decision. Should a visa not be issued, Travel Agent Jenny, LLC is not responsible for lost payments made toward the contemplated trip.


If traveling to or through Canada, travelers with a Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) or other conviction records should always check whether current rules exclude admission. Travel Agent Jenny, LLC will not make such inquiries on your behalf; the final decision of entry rests with immigration officials.


You are encouraged to visit the U.S. Department of State website (www.travel.state.gov) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC.gov) for the latest information regarding travel documentation, entry requirements, health advisories, and travel alerts.


General Terms

Availability and price quotes are applicable to the date and time they are requested and cannot be guaranteed until payment is made. Quotes in a foreign currency fluctuate with exchange rates and international payments may carry a foreign transaction fee. Travel Agent Jenny, LLC will make every effort to honor prices as originally quoted; however, under certain circumstances, additional costs by a supplier or government may be imposed.


Flight confirmation is subject to availability and prices are subject to change after the date of deposit, including seat assignment fees, baggage fees, fuel surcharges, and government-imposed fees or taxes. Passport copies are required to confirm international air reservations. Clients are responsible for providing accurate legal names and details that match their identification. Travel Agent Jenny, LLC is not responsible for costs incurred by incorrect information provided.


Payments & Refunds

Payment schedules, deposit amounts, and final due dates vary by supplier. You are responsible for meeting all payment deadlines. Failure to do so may result in automatic cancellation of your reservations without refund.

Payments made to Travel Agent Jenny, LLC are processed on behalf of the travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, etc.). Once payment is submitted to a supplier, refunds are subject to that supplier’s terms and conditions.

All agency service fees and planning fees are nonrefundable, regardless of supplier or travel date.


Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

All cancellations or changes must be requested in writing. Supplier penalties and restrictions will apply. Refunds, if permitted, are issued according to each supplier’s policy and may take several weeks to process.

Travel Agent Jenny, LLC is not responsible for any supplier’s failure to provide a refund or for changes made directly between the client and supplier. Any rebooking, exchange, or name correction may incur additional fees.

Agency-imposed cancellation or change fees may also apply and are separate from supplier penalties.


Travel Protection / Insurance

Travel Agent Jenny, LLC strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and travel delays. Declining insurance coverage means you accept all financial risks associated with your travel arrangements.

If you elect to decline travel insurance, you may be asked to sign a waiver acknowledging that you were offered and declined coverage.


Limitation of Liability

Travel Agent Jenny, LLC acts solely as an agent for the client in arranging transportation, accommodations, and other services provided by independent suppliers. Travel Agent Jenny, LLC does not own, operate, or control any of these suppliers and is not responsible for their acts, errors, omissions, or negligence.

By booking with Travel Agent Jenny, LLC, you agree that the agency shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, accident, or irregularity resulting from:

  • Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers

  • Government actions, weather, strikes, pandemics, or other events beyond our control

  • Failure of the traveler to obtain required documentation or comply with local laws

Your sole recourse for any claim related to travel arrangements is directly with the supplier of the travel product or service.


Force Majeure / Acts of God

Travel Agent Jenny, LLC shall not be liable for failure to perform any obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government or terrorism, pandemics, civil unrest, labor disputes, or mechanical failures. In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will be subject to supplier policies.


Agency Service Fees

Planning, booking, and service fees charged by Travel Agent Jenny, LLC are compensation for professional services and are nonrefundable once payment is received. These fees are separate from supplier payments and may include, but are not limited to:

  • Trip planning and itinerary design

  • Booking and management of reservations

  • Post-booking support and documentation assistance


Client Acknowledgment & Consent

By submitting payment or approving travel arrangements with Travel Agent Jenny, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. You also consent to the use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

You understand that Travel Agent Jenny, LLC is not the source or supplier of the travel services you have purchased, and you have been advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance to protect your investment.

We do not respond to browser-based “Do Not Track” signals at this time.


10. International Data Transfers

If you reside outside the United States, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ. By providing your information, you consent to this transfer.
